Some real stuff...

As 2011 winds down I find myself reflecting on how interesting this year has been. I've found strength at my weakest moments, and favor at my lowest. I've learned to discern without resentment for the things I saw that were unfavorable. In short, I grew up! Here are the scriptures that got me through this year... I hope they help you too...

"The wise woman builds her house, but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down." Proverbs 14:1

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5

"No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me," declares the LORD." Isaih 54:17

"When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me." 1 Corinthians 13:11

"Do not stop him," Jesus said, "for whoever is not against you is for you." Luke 9:50

"Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." Philippians 1:6

There are more...these are the most important..Not preaching for I am humanly flawed...I just know and love my source... God will use anyone - remember that!
